Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your MuseDiva purchase. If not, we make returns simple.
Return window
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery (EU/UK customers: this includes your statutory right of withdrawal). Please email info@musediva.com to begin.
Condition of items
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, protective films, and packaging.
- For hygiene and safety, items showing wear, scratches (especially on lenses/watches), or missing components may be refused.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items (if clearly marked at checkout) are not returnable.
How to return
- Email info@musediva.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll send return instructions and the correct return address. (Unauthorized returns may be refused.)
- Pack safely and keep your drop-off receipt/tracking.
Return shipping costs
Unless the product is defective or we made a mistake, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original for a refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times can vary by bank/card).
Damaged or incorrect items
Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Email us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
